General

The guest apartment is owned and managed by Karen van de Ven, hereinafter referred to as “administrator”. The manager can, if necessary, be replaced by another host / hostess or representative. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Breakfast Hertog-Inn, Achterdijk 2 in Rijpwetering These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon confirmation of the reservation. A copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge upon request. The manager is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users. All risks related to a stay in the Hertog-Inn are for the account of the users. Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the manager must be reported immediately by the users and reimbursed to the manager. Guests must follow instructions from the manager. In case of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in case of inappropriate behavior, the manager can deny and / or refuse guests access to the Hertog-Inn with immediate effect, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs. The administration of the administrator is decisive in case of mutual disagreement unless the users can prove the contrary. Guests of the Hertog-Inn must adhere to the House Rules below

Reservation and confirmation

The rental agreement can be entered into verbally, by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. After receiving your reservation request, the Hertog-Inn will send a confirmation by e-mail. After approval and return of this, the reservation is final. Reference is made to these General Terms and Conditions on our booking confirmations. for workshops and Show and Tells must be paid in advance, no refund possible, but admission ticket may be used by a third party for packages a deposit of 15% is requested, in case of cancellation this is seen as administration costs and therefore non-refundable.

Payment

The accommodation costs in the Hertog-Inn must either be transferred in advance to bank account number 127738495 t.n.v. HOUSEHOLD RULES

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival you can enter the rooms from 4 pm. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 am. The above times can only be deviated from in consultation. No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

During your stay

Users should avoid noise nuisance in the rooms. Use of the bed & breakfast by third parties is not permitted. Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the rooms without the permission of the manager and without additional payment. The rooms must be kept tidy. A fire extinguisher is available in the Bed & Breakfast. In case of fire, immediately notify the manager and call 112. Pets are not allowed. Burning candles in the rooms is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
